Exchange, Return & Credit Policy

1. SIZE & EXCHANGES

All products are offered in one size only.
Exchanges are not available.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective, tampered, or incorrect
  • Returns are not accepted for reasons related to fit, preference, or change of mind.

3. RETURN REQUEST TIMELINE

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests raised beyond this period will not be considered.

4. RETURN REQUEST REQUIREMENTS

  • A clear unedited video of the product must be shared at the time of raising the request

  • Requests submitted without video evidence will not be accepted

5. RETURN PROCESS & QUALITY CHECK

All approved return requests are subject to a mandatory quality check (QC) upon receipt.

Returns will be rejected if the product:

  • Shows signs of use
  • Is damaged for reasons unrelated to manufacturing
  • Is returned without original packaging

In such cases:

  • No refund or credit note will be issued
  • The product may be shipped back at the customer’s expense

6. APPROVED RETURNS & REFUNDS

If a return is approved after successful QC:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Customised or special-order products

8. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
  • Original shipping charges, return shipping, and re-shipping charges are non-refundable

9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Customers are advised to inspect orders immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear supporting images or video for review
